Bullies been around forever, but now its making World Wide News. Bullying has become a crime now so, I ask myself what exactly is considered bullying? I mean, I know what bullying is, but what would get you time in jail? As a kid it's been plenty of times where I seen kids getting bullied and even took part in it by cracking a few jokes, but never anything physical. Would I have done time for cracking a few jokes or would it all depend on the extent of the joke? Most bullies have issues that starts at home and end up being taking out on some poor defenseless kid. I don't think bullying will ever stop, but it can be some what contained .
